The Apartment is located on the Ground floor of our 3-storey Apartment Building. It can accommodate 3 people (bed and sofa bed). The apartment has its own parking lot in our driveway.
If you arrive by bike, you can p
ark it in the area of the apartment or be kept safe in our garage in consultation.
The apartment is part of our modern house. We obtain our heating energy from our garden by means of a trench collector and heat pump. In addition to a central ventilation system that brings fresh air to the house at all times, our house is equipped with a KNX installation, which performs an automatic control, for example, of heating and shading.
